The short version: Beat the Charges is a free satirical game, made for fun. Nothing in it is real, factual or official. Please enjoy it, share it, and don't take it seriously.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use beatthecharges.co.uk (the "site"), which is run by an independent creator based in the UK. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Satire and parody

Beat the Charges is parody and comedy. Its scenarios, charges, evidence, quotes and outcomes are invented and deliberately exaggerated for comic effect. Nothing on the site is a statement of fact about any real person, club or organisation, and nothing should be read as one.

The site is unofficial. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, competition, player, governing body or legal proceeding. Any real names mentioned remain the property of their owners and are referred to only for the purposes of parody and commentary.

The site is free to use for your own personal entertainment. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, hack it, or copy and republish the game as your own.

The game, its writing and its design are original work owned by the site's creator. You're welcome to share links, screenshots and your results. Please don't copy the game or large parts of its content without permission.

The site is provided "as is", for entertainment only. We try to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove it at any time.
